||Newnan|| the name of the game is still, Location, Location, Location

When you are in the market for a home, farm, land, the name of the game remains, location, location, location.  It is not a coincidence that most foreclosure "deals" are in lousy locations, off the beaten path, down in a ditch, poorly situated on the land/lot they are on.  Let's face it, the market is depressed now and so now is the time to buy what is for sale, but not lousy properties for sale.  Engage a good Realtor in your search for a good property.  A good Realtor will listen to what you want and get a list of properties together that meet your requirements and that list will include contrasting lousy property "good deals" to judge the good properties against; and a good Realtor will talk frankly with you about good deals versus lousy property.
